- Refunds are made only with prior notification at least 24 hours before the appointed time slot.

- Payments are non-refundable if the team does not appear at the appointed hour.

- In case the payment was made by credit card, refunds will be done by a reverse order operation within 7 days to the card from which the payment was made.
