Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

According to Article 93 of the Obligations and Contracts Act, when a deposit is agreed (advance payment), in case of cancellation by the client, the amount may be retained by the Organizer as compensation for non-performance of the agreement.

However, EM IX Ltd., as the Organizer, offers more flexible conditions to its clients as follows:

Reservations

In case of cancellation of a standard game more than 7 days before the scheduled time, the full amount will be refunded.

In case of cancellation between 7 days and 72 hours before the scheduled time, the paid amount will be converted into a voucher valid for 1 year.

In case of cancellation less than 72 hours before the scheduled time or in case of no-show, the paid amount or deposit is non-refundable.

If participants arrive more than 15 minutes late, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse the session without refund if the delay disrupts the schedule.

Event Bookings

For event reservations (birthdays, team buildings, etc.), cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.

The Organiser may, at its sole discretion, offer rescheduling or issue a voucher.

Refunds

All payments are refunded via bank transfer.

The amount will be transferred to the specified bank account within up to 14 days.
