Terms and Conditions for Participation in an Escape Room

1. General Provisions
   These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the “Escape Game” (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”), organized by EM IX Ltd., UIC: 207413021, with registered office and address at Sofia, Lyulin 7, bl. 770, entrance V, floor 5, apartment 17 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
   By participating in the Game, each participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Nature of the Service
   The Game is an entertainment activity conducted in a specially оборудвано помещение, in accordance with established rules and instructions provided by the Organizer.
3. Participation and Age Restrictions
   Children under the age of 14 may participate only if accompanied by an adult (18+) or an animator provided by the Organizer.
   Participants between the ages of 14 and 18 may participate independently.
   The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect information regarding participants’ age.
4. Health Condition
   Participation in the Game is not recommended for individuals suffering from claustrophobia or other health conditions that may be adversely affected by participation.
   Each participant takes part at their own risk and is responsible for assessing their own health condition.
5. Safety
   Participants are not locked in the room and may leave at any time.
   The premises are monitored via video surveillance for safety and operational purposes.
   Participants are required to follow all instructions given by the staff.
6. Liability
   The Organizer shall not be liable for damages resulting from failure to follow the rules, negligent or risky behavior by participants, or the introduction of prohibited items into the premises.
7. Termination of the Game
   The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Game without refund in cases of aggressive behavior, rule violations, failure to follow staff instructions, or any conduct that poses a risk to other participants, staff, or property.
8. Reservations, Cancellation and Deposits (Standard Games)
   A deposit is required to confirm a booking.
   Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.
   Cancellations made between 7 days and 72 hours before the scheduled time will be converted into a voucher valid for 1 year.
   Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
   If participants arrive more than 15 minutes late, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse the session without refund if the delay affects the schedule.
9. Reservations and Cancellation for Events (Birthdays, Team Buildings, etc.)
   A deposit or full payment is required to confirm an event booking.
   Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
   Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.
   The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, offer rescheduling or issue a voucher.
10. Conduct and Damages
    Participants must use all equipment, decorations, and game elements with care.
    In case of intentional damage, the Organizer reserves the right to claim compensation in accordance with applicable law.
11. Prohibited Actions
    It is strictly prohibited to bring dangerous items into the premises, to use alcohol or drugs inside the venue, to participate in a heavily intoxicated state, or to display aggressive, offensive, or unsafe behavior.
    The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation in such cases.
12. Recording and Content
    Recording during the Game is not permitted unless explicitly authorized by the Organizer.
13. Intellectual Property
    Disclosure of puzzles, solutions, scenarios, or any elements of the Game for copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
14. Force Majeure
    The Organizer shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to technical issues, accidents, or force majeure events.
15. Personal Data
    Personal data provided during booking or inquiry is used solely for processing reservations, communication with the client, and providing information related to the booking.
    By accepting these Terms, the participant agrees that their email address may be used by the Organizer for informational and marketing purposes, including news, special offers, discounts, and events.
    Participants may unsubscribe at any time via a link included in the communication or by contacting the Organizer.
16. Amendments
    The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on the website and shall take effect upon publication unless stated otherwise.
